Internet cuts out when using landline phone

Always lose wifi connection for a couple of minutes when we start using the landline phone and also lose wifi when we end the call for a couple of minutes which is very frustrating. Any idea what causes this?

Sounds like classic interference between the phone and broadband. If you’re using an old microfilter, swapping it for a new one could help. Also, check if all devices are properly filtered, including any Sky boxes. If you're dealing with a lot of outbound calls, something like https://www.mightycall.com/ might be useful, especially if you're moving towards a VoIP-based setup that avoids these landline issues altogether.
