I've also needed a quick and simple way to measure without extra installations. A handy option I found is https://ruler.onl/, which works right in the browser. No need to download anything—just open the site and start measuring. It adapts to different screen sizes, making small measurements pretty easy. If you're looking for something without extra setup, this could be worth checking out.
