I was also looking in other areas, and while browsing international listings, I founds https://3saestate.com/dubai/for-sale/dubai-hills/ which had some interesting properties if you're open to other ideas down the line. For Torre rentals though, asking around in caf?s or shops can lead to leads locals don’t post online.
