In my case, it wasn't any film. I had an uncle that first took me hunting and shooting. That's when I caught the firearms bug when I was 15 and things developed from there.

I grew up on old war movies like "The Guns of Navarone" and "Full Metal Jacket," and those really kicked off my interest. I ended up taking a short cinematography course at https://www.praguefilminstitute.cz, where they also explore how props like firearms are used on set. It gave me a new appreciation for how movie guns are used safely while still looking authentic.
