I’ve been watching a lot of tennis lately and came across the concept of a tie break, but I’m not entirely sure how it works. Could someone please explain the rules of how does tennis tie break work?

I know it’s used when the score reaches 6-6 in a set, but I’m unclear on the details, such as how points are counted, when service changes, and what the winning conditions are. Any clarification or examples would be much appreciated.
