I would suggest no one threaten anyone else on here. IP address are logged here and threatening posts will be reported to your internet service provider as you will no doubt be in violation of your TOS.

This goes for all concerned.


Currently IPA has refused to provide header information for the email. Until otherwise I would be inclined to believe that the email is fake. The layout is inconsistent with googles email layout and to be honest, boarspear makes more grammer mistakes than that.

Boarspear has provided an email with full header information for comparison at my request.

I can assure everyone if I were to discover that the email was indeed genuine I would seek to ban the individual responsible.

You are now advising your forum members that noone should threaten anyone, however earlier in your posts on this thread, you post my father's home address, and even a map link to zoom in on Chase's home address - now we receive a threatening email from BoarSpear claiming he has people that will kill for him and if this is the case, everyone that reads this forum has personal information that can lead to unfavorable circumstances -

I will note that the header information for the email BoarSpear sent us at IronPalmArts will not be posted here or given to ANY forum administrator for fear that information can be used for other unfavorable purposes - Furthermore, if you insist on keeping our personal information up on this website after we've asked you to remove it, the website owner, the website administrators and the moderator who posted this information will be liable for any/all property and personal damages.

I will like to state that we've made no statements as to sending people out to look for others or advised others that we are going to harm any member of their family.

eXcessiveForce, as a moderator, I think that you let this exchange of comments go beyond the threshhold of good judgement and you should be held primarily responsible for any/all legal matters concerning these exchanges.

Because we or our families have been threatened by your forum members, I ask you again to remove our personal information from these postings in this forum.

eXcessiveForce, you were definately an accessory to the verbal bashings that took place on this forum and you were clearly demonstrating irresponsible actions by using your moderator access to copy and paste priveledged information we never intended the general public to see on these forums.

In this case, your contempt for us by leaving our personal information posted on these forums after we asked you to remove it should clearly demonstrate your disregard for your users' safety and your allegiance with the forum users threatening harm to our families.

I did send an email to the defend.net administrator asking for his participation to see that our personal information was removed from this thread, though unfortunately he did not respond, thus I feel I have not left any doors open and have done everything I can do to have this information removed from these forums, I will seek legal counsel on Monday morning and have prepared documents with an outline of everything that has transpired.

I have only posted the information you made available.

You claimed the address you gave existed. Others doubted you. I showed that infact you were telling the truth the address did exist.

You gave your name on your website, a simple anywho search revealed the name of the only person with the last name in close proximity in georgia.

these are matter of public record.

Chase himself invited someone to come meet him for tea. And you suggested others to come visit. Sorry you can't have it both ways.

The header information will give me boars information if he sent the email. If it shows he sent it I would ban him in a heartbeat.

I can hardly be responsible for someone posting their information in a public venue

To clarify this is Chase not Mr. Smith. Which is the user who started this accounts last name. My wife and I both have a gun license and both carry a pistol. I have 4 highly trained pit bulls one that is an inside dog and weighs an easy 90 pounds. Honestly I could careless who stops by my house or I would not have posted my address. As far as sending threatens in emails about my wife leaving and the house being vacant with info that is true. A police report has been filed to insure by Georgia State Law if my wife or I have to defend ourselves in anyway against someone we will be in no way responsible for our actions. If you read Mr. Smiths post you will see that he never got out of line with any members and was very mature in his actions. As far as threats BoarSpear and IPA both have been on the borderline. eXcessiveForce if you are a man of reasoning you can plainly see that the email sent by BoarSpear was indeed sent by him. Read all of his posts and read the email it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that he sent it. Why he will not admit he did it we will never know. The only reason I interfered in this forum is like you I saw the situation was getting a little out of control. Then on top of that receiving threats about my wife is something I do not take lightly and anyone who would send such an email is truly a coward to threaten a woman and hide behind a computer.
