      What?

What the heck do we do then? Not drink milk? Then you have to wonder, you can't really eat any of the foods sold in the supermarket then. Vegetables: Pesticides and fertilizers thrown onto them. Basically, all foods have had something done to them unless they were organically grown or something, but to my understanding that is more expensive to buy.

About the milk thing. I've heard something similar from my old science teacher. I'll try and summarize what he said GUYS MAY WANT TO PAY ATTENTION HERE: Businesses and companies are only interested in profit. So the milk companies try to get the most out of each individual cow as possible. Extra female cow hormones are pumped into the cows to get additional milk yields than the cow would normally produce without them. People who drink milk a lot, in some cases, develop breasts because the female hormones were passed to the men who drank the milk.

On the site you provided www.notmilk.com, they gave the evidence of young girls of today maturing earlier than young girls from 30 years back. Think about what that would do to a guy (see above paragraph)!

As I see it, you can't really do anything about it except for the possiblity of growing ALL of your own food and raising your own livestock. Don't the things that are added to your food just make you feel safe (sarcasm!)? In fact, years back, wasn't one of the food colorings a poison? What did they do to make it NOT poisonous???

I just remember that anything in excess can hurt you. I love milk and would probably drink three gallons a day and be wearing a D cup if it wasn't for the fact that I am somewhat lactose intolerant. I have heard those facts too. I don't remember the food coloring thing. What really freaks me out is the genetically altered food thing and how they don't want to put labels on them. Now that creeps me out. I don't want to end up growing a third eyeball because they want to make a profit. I remember when taco bell got in trouble for the corn they used in their taco shells. Apparently the corn was genetically altered to create a natural pesticide that would kill all the bugs and perhaps even some small critters in high enough doses! They stopped feeding that to people but they have no problem giving that to animals that we later end up eating anyways. I'm just gonna start my own cult and become self sufficient. Hopefull I can start one of those cults where they worship sex gods.

instead of milk you could switch to soy milk. Japanese food usually has little or no dairy. If you want to avoid genetically altered food, buy organic food as much as possible.

organic is expensive. I don't know why because you would think it was cheaper but thats not the case here in california.

both my parents are doctors and believe me- milk is not bad for you, it is extremely important to drink milk, especially when you're still growing, because of the calcium it contains, it builds bones, it is important for correct growth, for general health and many other things. milk is not only healthy but also nesseccary but as in everything else, there has to be a limit. i suppose drinking 10 liters of milk a day can't be good for you but in general, drinking milk every day is one of the best things you can do for your body.

I stopped drinken milk about a year ago in general... the idea of mass produced milk, a liquid that no other species on earth drinks after they can self sustain is just pathetic in general.

when u can name 1 other creature on this planet that drinks milk after the infant stage, ill start drinken it again.

if every other creature builds helthy bone structures without the aid of milk then we are no different.

there are many other food items that contain more calcium then milk... ( i.e. almonds)

                      peace

we are different from other creatures, people are physically more developed than other creatures, and yes, there are other food items that contain calcium but it doesn't mean that you should stop drinking milk, milk is good for growth, for building bones and just general health, it is good for you in every way possible! and no one can argue with that! the fact that someone stopped drinking milk and nothing "bad" happened to him doesn't mean that it is a good thing, not at all! besides, while we're young, the harm we are causing our bodies from things such as smoking, lack of exercise, eating in an unhealthy way, is often unnoticable, the problems appear as people become older...milk is good for you and that's a proven fact!

Ive heard another theory which is that girls are maturing earlier because they reach a critical weight earlier on... due to: FAST FOOD.

"the idea of mass produced milk, a liquid that no other species on earth drinks after they can self sustain is just pathetic in general. "

By this logic we should run around on all fours, make ourselves hairy and shrink our brains. Humans are different to other animals, besides, ants do worse with those aphids of theirs...

lol, ok look i understand your whole concept of dairy and how it is good for you. Our whole life doctors and school cafeterias have told you to "drink your milk and grow up big and strong!" n' "dairy is a essential food group". but why is it that so many parts of the world dont have a dairy "category" yet grow to be just as big and strong. I am not saying we should become four legged again, go walk around with no clothes and screw everytime we have the urge, thats not even close to my prentation of why we dont need milk. But the truth is we are NOT that different from any other mammal on this earth, our genetic makeup is only 2% different from many species and if you belive in evolution we are all rooted to the beggining, its our concept of "our big society" thats screwing with ur heads.

The arguement you put out is completely personal and has no proof. where i have gotten more then 30 people off milk in less than 6 months through simple explanation...so, here it comes...

                              *takes a nice deep breath*

While you are all saying that the problems in our growth can be tracked to fast food or a number of other things why is it that women in North America and Europe get menapause and in many other countries (i.e. Japan or India) they dont... hmmm....and they dont intake dairy...a puzzle indeed

An average cow produces 2,000 galons of milk a year but in "milk farms" they produce near or over 50,000 gallons, could it be the cows are evolvoing for our benefit?? or could be some other reason... mmm steriod goodness...

I wonder why they even have a Got Milk? campaing, if milk is so obviously needed for us to become the next "Ahnold" (Arnold S., aka terminator for the slow people) like water is for our survival shouldnt we all be buying it and accepting it as a part of life... or could it be because milk comapnies have been getting a curiously strong decline of consumers who buy milk over the past ten years and need celebrity hots to help them make milk an accepted refreshment, hmm, that would explain the strong, handsome/beautiful men n' women who help advertise this product....

Many...MANY... doctors, including mine (who has written reports on this subject), seem to realize that the milk of a cow is intended to be nourishment for... *shock*...the calf, so the make-up of this milk is interestingly designed to be accepted into a calf's digestive system and help the parts of a cow become stronger... like the hooves and strong hide...that would explain the extreme levels of calcium and protien...intersting *rubs his chin*....

and on the subject of calcium and protien... the main arguement for dairy lovers... well, a human, suprisingly doesnt need the high levels of these two "super ingredients" like our culture states, on the first hand we get the boost of calcium our bodies do need through breast feeding or formula when we are young, after that the body shuts down its need for milk, as everything else eaten by the child has the proper nourishment... that could explain the large majority of people are lactose in some way, 65%% of people who say they arent lactose actually are...they just dont know it...and where do these cows get this calcium and protien then?? they have to get it from somewhere for it to be created in the udder... hmm, that green stuff they eat could be a good hint...

                              *takes a breath*

.... if you want more details, or if u argue these statements then ill throw more at you, cuz i got so....so many more...

                              peace
