        To make myself better through all of my training, be able to defend myself, and of course, girls are also a very important aspect to training. hehe, rock on.

            Well, the theme of the days seems to be "girls," and that is certainly a huge aspect of my training . It's also nice when other guys see you as a bad ass, and look up to you.

            In the weight room at my school, a lot of the weights say "Bigger Faster Stronger" on them, and I like that notion. That sums up most of what I want from my training. Though, endurance, skill, ability, better immune system, confidence... it's endless what lovely things can be achieved.

              I got something to say to those big muscular guys, their appearance looks intimidating. It just looks like they can crush your head when you piss them off.

                Hence why being big and extremely ripped has a huge psychological effect on a would be attacker. It might just be the deciding factor of whether he wants to mess with you or not...

                      I hope to earn respect. I'm 16 years old and only 5 foot 5. People think that because I'm short I'm weak. Well I would like to show that height doesn't affect how strong you are.

                          I train because I want to become healthier and more powerful. I dont really want to prove anything to anyone else. I just want to prove to myself that I can do it and that I am not afraid to take on anyone.
