does anybody have or could construct a routine for these areas targeting overall strength and flexibility? i find it helpful to move my legs in all directions utilizing their full range of motion and strengthen weak areas but im looking for target specific resistance exercises for like the hamstrings to the abs

any movement that you do fast you should first do slowly. very slowly with isometric tension. as you are doing this try to correct each and every mistake so that when you go fast you are absent those in your movements. if you do this you really need to focus on the problem areas and do these one thousand times at least. it will take you a while but you'll like the results. the strength increase, conditioning, firmness, and workout you recieve are incredible
