    I have recently started noticing that while I am in class (as in High School, not training), I am constantly stretching my arms, or my neck, or torso, whatever. You know, just to loosen up.

    However, it has dawned upon me that this could be a great opportunity to actually 'stretch' for flexibility. I know that there are days when I can hardly find time to get a good training session in, let alone toss in a good stretching routine. So why not consolidate time, and stretch while in class or the like? For instance, you could be sitting at a desk while doing bookwork, and at the same time stretch your legs forward and point your toes to get a good leg stretch. Etc.

    Bruce Lee used to do this, as it was noted that he might be reading and stretching all at the same time. I'm sure there are plenty of others that have as well, but I just thought I would spark the idea once more.

    it's not often that high school students impress me with consolidation of time and multi tasking thank you for surprising me.
