About three weeks ago, I was in the gym doing my normal routine. Aftewards though, I noticed a little pain in my lower back, right side. It was not anything excrutiating or the like, so I didn't think anything of it, except perhaps that I might have done it by doing my Olympic Cleans.
Up until this week, it went away pretty much. However, this week it has come back full force, and it now actually hurts to do things, things as simple as leaning over. I have no idea what it could possibly be... muscle, bone, etc... so I don't know what to do.
I don't want to go to the doctor and have him tell me to "rest and keep icing it." I also don't know if a chiropractor would be able to help, as I've never been to one before in my life.
It is getting progressivly worse, and I think it's time I do something about it.
Any insight is much appreciated.
