    Does anyone know any ways to strenthening fingers for finger attacks?

    I read in KUNG FU magazine for a tiger claw workout to do fingertip push ups, im not an expert on the topic though.

                    Fingertip push-ups

                    Fingertip walking - go across the room on all fours on your fingertips and toes.

                    Squeeze a tennis ball - try to break it.

                    Finger strikes into a bucket of sand.

                    Digging holes in sand using the fingers

                    Rock-climbing on a training wall.

                    Archery (alternate left and right grip)

                    Corn husking

                      WOW.

                      thanks a lot, they all sound really effective. I already do rockclimbing that good for all the body especially delts.
