If I take a break from training, for 1 week, should I still maintain the same diet? Weightlifting is a big part of my routine and I eat about 140g protein a day, with a lot of it coming from chicken, eggs and lean meat. If I do no training for a week, I will put on a lot of fat. If I reduce my diet, will it affect my muscle gain? If I should reduce it, how much by?
