  • DYNAMIC STRENGTH by Harry wong any good

I flipped through it many years ago and don't really remember much about it.

I can tell you this though...there are much better ways to develop strength. I'm assuming the book is about isometric training. If I'm wrong about its contents, forgive me, it's been a long time since I've seen it.

If you want to develop speed, strength and power the proper training with weights, medicine balls, plyometrics, etc...will be much more effective.

I bought Dynamic Strength a while ago, and have been re-evaluating my strength training ever since.
I will tell you that the hardest work out I've ever had was the first time I tried the exercises from the book. After only 20 minutes I was cooked.
The stuff does work, but as with everything it's not for everyone.
I'd definately give it a few tries if I were you. See what you think....

You should be able to find it on amazon. It's good stuff and good value, definately worth investigating, as it gives you an option if you find you have no equipment to train with....

It cost m about £7 including p&p. If you're in the US I guess that'll be about $11. Bargain. Hope you find it....
