    can anyone tell me some good plyometric exercises

    I like the tuck jumps, and i'm not sure if they include these, and i don't know what to call them, but i'll try to describe them:


    Stand with feet close together. bend knees slightly and use your calfs to propel you upwards as fast as you can. so basically, you're pushing up with the ball of your foot. don't tuck your feet in during the jump; let them hang down so you can spring right back up. and it's important on this one (like most plyometric exercises) that you don't worry about going too high. focus on jumping as often and quickly as possible. as soon as you hit the ground, spring back up.

    keep up the plyometrics. I've been doing them for a year now and i'm the fastest non-instructor in my school. they really help
