  • knee problem for half a year

i played football on hard ground and i leaped sideways into the air to catch the ball. When I land, my left knee bumped first onto the ground, making all the weights impacting onto one location. I got up, and I had to limp. Until this present day, whenever I squad down, I could still feel pain at the 'knee joint'(left knee). But I don't limp now. If you don't don't mind, could you provide me advises on my knee?

Bravo bratvas. You have common sense. People, when something hurts for several months don't ask people on a internet forum(who likely don't even know what they are talking about) about what you should do to fix injuries.

Probably it is torn cartilage, especially if it's a sharp pain when you puty pressure on it (like when you kneel). You should see a doctor.
