    should you wait untill your muscles stop hurting or is it all right to work out anyway???

          wait till the soreness is gone. if u workout muscles that are sore u will dmg them and are at risk of tearing them. when u workout a muscle, u create micro tears in the fibers, which cause ur musle to be sore later. When these micro tears heal up, they heal back strongers, and thats how muscle growns and gets stronger. thats why resting is very important. if u workout sore or with tired muscles, they will not let them heal and get stronger, and u risk tearing or injuring the muscle. if u are sore, just eat tons of good food and water to help replentish urself
