If it aint natural chemicals your body NORMALLY uses. Dont say, you do use creatine normally. Theres alot more in a supplement than in meat. If there wasn't then everyone who ate meat would gain muscle just as fast without it. It puts stress on your bones, ligaments, and joints because your muscle gain is faster than working out without it. Instead of letting your body get in shape naturally your pushing it to grow faster for quicker results. Researchers still don't know the long term effects of creatine yet. So how can you say its safe to take?

This is typical. I've seen your kind before MAS so don't feel bad. First I can see saying something ignorant and being corrected but to fight a point ignorantly C'mon man........ Go read up all on creatine and i'm not talking something some hater has posted full of his own opinions and HIS own theories of why is doesn't work or its harmful. Read some articles on the researches about it. What it does/doesn't do what its purpose is and so forth....maybe then you could post a article worth reading. As far as gaining muscle off it that your ligaments can't support your talking about anabolics bro this stuff isn't even close nor does it do the same thing. It help is the RECOVERY process. Also if you've ever heard of someone being injured due to creatine use I'd love to hear cause I've been working out for about 8 yrs steady now and lived in 7 different states and worked out in many different gyms and never heard of anyone being injured, sick or anything of the sort from creatine. Maybe a case of the back door trots if consumed with too much jiuce or something (ie:apple juice)

Aiight you win. I can see the pride and training and dedication to doing this. Now though that you said you do it totally nataural I'm thinking that your talking no caffiene, no aspirin (for when your sore) things like that you do without also? If not your missing the point here and being hyocrite. Caffeine is a sports enhancer in fact pretty much the only thing (now that ephedra is banned) in fat burners is caffeine. If thats the case I can see your view and I give the upmost repsect for this. To my knowledge no one has ever had side effects to protein shakes or creatine so far........they seem to be THE most safe supplements. I'd say that taking creatine would be much safer that drinking coffee. Look at all the side effects from caffeine! JUst my opinion though.
