I need some help with my workout

    thanks for the tips ninpo...i've got another question related to this thread. How about a workout that uses weights, to gain mass, but also incorporates bodyweight, for agility and control and such, but that won't take hours to do. Maybe an hour to an hour and a half.

      A good backpack that straps around your waist will help a lot. Throw a bunch of heavy shit in there padded and well-balanced then try doing pushups, pullups, squats, and all sorts of things that way. Try holding a buddy in a fireman's carry and doing squats, or having your girlfriend sit on your back while you do pushups (a favorite of mine).

        So, i should do pull ups on a bar with no assistance right?
        i was wondering, wouldnt that bulk you up? because low reps and high weights make people bulk, and i can only do 4-6 pullups which means im doing low reps and high weight because i can only pull myself up that many times.
        But this might not be true as i progress because i will eventually be able to do more and more meaning that im doing higher reps later on... kind of confusing, any thoughts???
