  • anyone had a period of no growth in strength?

about how long should they last?
can somebody help me as well, because i've been having this problem.
my strength has stayed stagnant for about a year now. i've tried changing up my workouts but i haven't made any progress at all. i've actually been getting weaker little by little each month even though ive been working just as hard. can anyone give me any suggestions on how to make progress again?

You have to build and grow, then maintain then build and grow, then maintain, its what Arny, (yes the one and only Arnold) does. Or used to do anyway, the philosophy is to build your muscles up, maintain them at that level, then build them up to a higher level, you need to focus on maintaining them after buildring rather then constantly building.
