Hi, i'm new to this site, and any martial arts for that fact. But not new to martial arts concepts. I reguard physical aspect of martial arts highly, i don't know about everyone else, sensing a vibe that is similar to mine though. I have a work out routine that i tend' to stick to but don't concrete myself in it. The normal work out of mine is...
Each day- Tends to be 6 days then rest
Run 4 miles in morning
15x100 sit ups inlcuding 6x50 press ups
2hrs without break of- Speedball 10 mins roughly, punching heavy punchbag
20 mins, 60 mins kicking heavy punchbag, leg raises 10 mins, rest is the hands of Lohan, which i have not been taught by a master, so i don't claim to be able to do them, but i do them with medium effectiveness.
20 mins on stationed excercise bike.
I'm 15 so i don't want to do weight training. But am interesting in being able to get my fitness/conditiong to a point where i can have the strength of putting my hands through bricks. Ive conditioned my legs so i can put them through wooden beams, but any tips or advice on maxamising my fitness and mainly my conditioning would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
