i had a small "muscle crack" in my adductors last year
i used to be able to kick & stretch my left leg very good, now i can't anymore, altho its supposed to be healed completely :\
after every training my left leg still hurts a lot, i got used to it but i don't think its right,
now i was wondering if there are special training techniques to recover faster from such an injury...
