    This is an old standby for many wrestlers that I've taken a liking to and which works pretty well. It's also pretty easy to follow as it doesn't take too much thought. Simply don't eat any starches: breads, pastas, potatoes, rice, cereal, grains, cookies, etc. Stick with meats, fruits, and veggies and drink a good bit of water throughout the day and you'll shed the stuff off. From my own experience it works well, and though it may not work for everyone, it's definitely safer than diuretics and all the other bullshit.

      isnt that pretty much the atkins diet? lol

      all those foods u said shouldnt be eaten are xtremely important to anyone who is active, for they give u energy. those foods are essential if u are martial artist or an athlete who burns lots of energy. if u just cut out all the xtra sugar and fat in ur diet, and do more cardio and eat your food in smaller servings and in moderation, u should be able to lose weight just fine.

      i wouldnt recommend any quick fix type diets, they arent really good for u. i know a family friend who was on the atkins diet.....yeah he lost weight, but he also nearly clogged all his arteries and was about to get seriously ill.

      u need to eat a variety of things in smaller servings, every few hours. eating more frequently will keep ur metabolism going and enable ur body to burn and process the food u eat at a faster rate. thats why people who starve themselves usually get fatter, because the few meals they do eat during the day take much longer to be processed in ur body.

        I'm not sure, I haven't read much up into it, but I basically eat 5-6 times a day, a serving of protein and some fruit with it with some water and I've got more than enough energy for anything I do I'm always bouncing off of the walls.
