  • Substitute for jumping rope?

    Hello,

Is there a good substitute for jumping rope for those days when it's not practical? Would it be productive to fake it and jump up and down? Would it be better just to spend more time on footwork?

    Thanks.

Try Chinese jumping jacks for days you can't jump rope. Standing normally, move your feet to about double shoulder width and bend your knees to about 45 degrees with your arms out. Then proceed to do the jumping jacks as normal, but keep your knees bent the whole time.
