    This guy at work has been givin me sh!t for a while. he say he stronger than me and he wants to arm wrestle me. I keep puttin it off but I know it's gonna happen eventually and if I lose the arm wrestle I will also lose my reputation at work.
    Which muscles do you use for arm wrestling? What exercises can I do to work these muscles. any help would be greatly apreciated.

    i think you pretty much use every muscle in your arm...?
    probably mostly shoulders. dont really know.

      Arm wrestling uses many many different muscles, all of your arms, upper back, chest, and shoulders. Working out those will definitely help you win, as will grip exercises.

      As for technique, practice tension exercises for your arms. You want to load your arms full of tension before you even put your elbow down and grab his. Why's that? You're already loaded and ready to go, whereas he'll have to tense up quickly and lose a lot of power. Pre-tensing will also give you about 20% more strength with it. Whenever you grab hands, curl yours inward more towards yourself and grasp a little more around it to gain leverage. Once the ref yells go, you'll have a leverage advantage and your muscles will be pre-loaded so you'll win. There ya go I've done my fair share of arm wrestling, if you hadn't noticed
