I'm wandering if the other intakes of this double? Anywho, even if it does i feel i'm still eating to many eggs. 4/5 a day is what i have now...?

The need for protien is a myth propigated by protien supplement companys.Your body will convert whatever you eat to whatever substance that it needs. too much protien is just as bad as too much fat because that is what your body does with excess protien it converts it to fat.body buliders dont need anymore protien than anyone else.Lay off of the body building magazine ads and articles and get some real info from a dietition.

none of what u said is really true. your body doesnt just convert things into what it needs. u cant eat a bunch of fat and expect it to be created into protien. it doesnt work that way. yes excess protein is bad for u, however it is not turn into fat, it is jsut exreted from your body. thats why people who take weight gainer and rediculous ammounts of protein end up taking hardcore shits all the time. also, its is true that body builders and people who workout do in fact need double the ammount of protein normal people do, i took a nutrition course in college and although that doesnt make me a dietition, the teacher was in fact a certified nutritionist who gave me this info, which can also be found online easily.

howver, the average american diet usually contains double the amount of protein u need anyway since our portions are way bigger than they should be, so in theory a body builder wouldnt have to be taking that much xtra protein because he gets what he needs from his regular diet. however, me for example, i eat right so my servings do not contain double the protein in them so i do need to make sure i get some xtra protein to meet my needs.

Really? Then could you explain to me the process by which your body can just create whatever it needs? For starters essential amino acids and essential fats. That would be interesting. There are many different types of protein, So how is your body going to create protiens that need essential amino acids without getting them through diet?

If any of what you say is true, we could get all our energy by soaking in the suns warm rays, photosynthesizing our own foods. Since we are animals, we need to eat. We are omnivores, which means we need meat and vegetables. What real dietitian are you getting your information from?

OK, same thing, lets use an example
Say you eat 1lb of pure vegetable lard.
How is your body going to convert that to muscle while burning calories at the same time.

Or we can use Celery. Say you eat 20lbs of celery. yeah that's a lot of celery. How is your body going to "convert" this into protein?

Without the basic building blocks of protein (amino acids) its not going to happen. Though I'm always up to learn something new.

I understand your not a dietitiion, so I'll be content with a link to all this information
