u need to do more compound exercises and lifts. u didnt mention any back workouts. ur back is huge and contains tons of muscles, working out ur back alot will help u put on some pounds.

squats, bench press, seated rows, upright rows, military press, and deadlifts...if u dont know what some of these are, look them up in google and it will show u how to do em and what they do.

u also need to eat alot more.

      mon - back/biceps/ abs
      wed- chest/triceps/abs
      fri- shoulders/legs/abs

i could never gain weight, so i worked out hard and i did something along those lines^ and was able to gain about 20 lbs of muscle in a little under a year.

here is a true mass building workout. u do about 4 sets of each with heavy weight and low reps. do squats, deadlifts, rows, bench press, military press, calf raises and curls all in one workout, and do this same workout 3 times a week. u are working out ur body parts 3 times a week instead of once a week.

that sux that u cant eat well. in any case here are some cheap foods that u can get that will help u gain weight.

milk (good source of protein and other stuff)
          breads
          peanut butter
          pasta
cereal(not sugary kids cereal, healthy cereal - reg cheerios pwn)
          juice(less sugary the better)
          water

u can buy these pretty cheap in large quantities. eat something every few hours to keep nutrients feeding ur body. also eat some fruits and vegetables.

High-rep squats and milk will do wonders, that's what I started off with when I was weight training, packed on 15 pounds pretty quickly. You want to eat things with a good chunk of protein and fat (though more unsaturated than saturated), and as said before eat it throughout the day. My old wrestling coach had some of the J.V. kids eating Burger King cheeseburgers all damn day to beef some of them up, he'd go to their classes while the teacher was in there and throw them a bag, tell them to eat it or pay with their life, then head on out to give the next one his burgers.

Well I wouldn't recommend eating cheesburgers, if I'd've had a coach like that, I'd've been in some trouble cuz I'd have told him off, plus I hate cheesburgers I think that is more of an old-school way that isn't too healthy, as cheesburgers have a lot of saturated fat in them. And saturated fat clogs up your arteries and will give you a heart attack eventually, or a brain stroke that paralyzes half your body like my grandma (Bill Clinton had heart surgery for eating too many of those kinds of foods, and runner Jimm Fixx died too from that). When you eat foods with saturated fat, exercise WILL NOT clear it; exercise and working out gets rid of unsaturated fat. Only animals like dogs, cats, etc...have bodies that will get rid of saturated fat naturally. Saturated fat is bad for them too, but their bodies can dispose of it. The human body cannot so easily.

Yes, there are some people out there who go through their whole lives living happily, eating cheeseburgers, smoking 5 cigars a day, and are still alive at 105 years old and have no impairing problems (they can walk around, talk fine, etc....) but those are rare occurences!

As for "350-400" pushups everyday, if that is your whole upper-body strength routine, you will be no stronger then a twin version of you who could do 20 pushups. Pushups become an endurance exercise pretty much after you are capable of 3 sets of 12.

All those pushups will leave you with a weak and thin upper-body that just has lots of endurance to do pushups. Not that getting big means you should not do pushups, they are great, but they are great for muscular endurance so your arms don't tire out when doing things like boxing and the like. But they are no good for strength, unless you are doing like handstand pushups or something.

Pushups will make you stronger. Remember there are dozens of different kinds of pushups, mix them up and do them slowly. Instability builds muscle. Try doing them off-balanced and as slow as possible. Doing regular pushups too often can lead to elbow and shoulder problems. Your biggest problem is; the more pushups you do, the more muscular you're getting. Muscle burns a lot of calories. This will make you lean and strong, but it will not help you add mass. Start eating and enjoy your food. Eat lots of healthy high protien foods, and keep working hard.
