What's up guys, I'm new here, but I'm loving this site. There is so much useful info on here. Anyways I was reading about this Naked Warrior book, and I was pretty intrigued, so I decided to a little research. I went on Amazon and read some reviews, and most people seem to be pretty impressed. Anyway, I see that Pavel also wrote another book called, "Power to the people." I read the first 15 pages of both books and they seem alot alike. Would it be good to get both or would one be sufficient enough to understand this muscle tension thing and improving strength?
