first of all id like to start learning ninjistu at home does anyone know any sites i can learn the basics from?
second question as well as martial arts i enjoy body building problem is im no good at lifting my own body weight..........so id like to do more body weight exercise......problem with that is will that effect my muscle gain? is body weight a substitute for lifting?
