Hey can you guys list a slew of compound exercises? I mean anything and everything you can think of. And could you tell me what muscles they work. I want to incorporate, some more of these exercises into my workouts.

leg press targets quadriceps, calves (soleus, gastrocnemius), squats uses hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, and glutes(the butt), shrugs (if done correctly using a rollback motion with trap shrugs) hits posterior (rear) deltoids and trapezius, hanging knee raises target obliques and rectus abdominus (6 pack), rows (either dumbell, machine, barbell) target lattisimus dorsi (lats ---near armpits), rhomboids (middle back), and traps (for seated machine rows), flyes target triceps, arterior (front) shoulder, pectorals (chest), hammer curls focus forearms and the inner biceps.
I cant think of anymore hope this helps alot.

If they're hitting the same things why do both? Stick with barbell squats.

shrugs (if done correctly using a rollback motion with trap shrugs) hits posterior (rear) deltoids and trapezius,
I wouldn't recommend these to anyone as doing these improperly are bad news. Also, might want to research on what a compound exercise is 80% of what you said are isolation movements.
