  • Any one know about "Fear no Man"

    I'm sure I'll get flamed for even posting the link but I got to this in my research;

    and the part about

    "Their natural pain-avoidance reaction to combat had been “reprogrammed” with an automatic combat response"

    seemed interesting to me, i.e. the core of the system is accelerating the mind/nervous system to aggression rather then fear.

    any thoughts/experience (besides the obvious comments on the incredibly overhype

    Dont waste your time with that crap.

    Any serious self defence training can help build instinctive action. Its the only way, many times stalling and trying to think of what to do will get you even deeper into crap- you need to be able to react to something with the least amount of hesitation as possible.

    The key is good training, and lots of it.

      The one thing that strikes me as funny is this guy claims to be a "former" Lieutenant from the U.S. Army Special Forces. WELL YOU CAN'T BE A LIEUTENANT IN THE SPECIAL FORCES! Army officers aren't allowed to apply to Special Forces training until the rank of Captain, or as a 1st Lt. who is about to turn Captain.

      You can be a Lt. in the Rangers, but not in the Special Forces.
