I can find thousands that expound how damaging this kind of weight loss can be to an athlete.
No doubt thousands of doctors, nurses, etc. advise not doing anything that stresses your body. I'm sure that works out just as well for the likes of you.
i have read all the posts be4 about weight loss but in all of the ones i have seen everyone only needed to lose about 5-7 pounds. I need to loose 15 lbs in 20 days. is this possible and if so how can i go about doing this.
