You are wrong SamGuy. At my current body condition there is no way I could win any kind of fight. I couldn't win in wrestling, boxing, mma, or anything. Why? Because I don't have the energy to do anything after 3 minutes. I don't have the strength to hit people and actually hurt them. Even if I was a master in the skill part, I don't have the body to execute anything. In your thinking, Helio Gracie could own a fighter of the same weight class but in his 20's. He can't! And I bet Helio is in much better condition than me. Helio is in his 80's btw.
Right now, I can do like 50 pushups in one spirt. Give me some time, and I can do another 50. Give me more time, and I can do like 300 all together in one night. I do them in between watching some sport event like baseball or basketball. Like during the commericals you know. Pullups and chinups, I can do like in the mid 30's in one spurt, on both. I can actually do slightly more of the ones where your wrists are facing toward the wall. I can do like 100 or more crunches in one spirt. I don't know if that means anything or not, what do your abs help with? If not just for looks. Also a good exercise to do inbetween pushups. I have been doing plyometric verticle jumps, I can do like 40-50 of those in one spirt. I have just started my running. I get major pains in my lungs and then in like my sides. I will need to measure the road I run down to get an idea of how much I run for a straight period. But I did have to walk all the way back. My running is very weak right now, but then again so was my pushups back about 6 months ago. Also I am 17 if you need to know my age. My weight remains the same at about 150 and my height as well at 5'10". The average height of my brothers is like 6'7" so if I turn out to be anything like that then I will definetly need to put some more lbs on. But LIKE I SAID, I am not interested in gaining lbs. I want to gain muscle lbs, not overall body weight. Can I not make my muscle weight percentage increase while keeping at about the same weight? Anyway, I am going to go run again and get the measurements in my car of the distance of the road I run. Running is the most important thing for me right now because it is the weakest area.
