    Ramen is amazing i eat it all the time however its packed with salt and salt retains water so its no good for a diet sadly

            Ramen and you

            You can drastically improve the nutritional value of ramen by adding healthy things to it.

            For example, you can add slices of lean beef, green onion, tomato or thai peppers.

            Instant meal.
