Is it good to run for 30/50 minutes a day for a cardio workout?

Well it depends on a lot of factors. What are you trying to build you stamina up for? How long have you been jogging for? Are you doing to keep fit or trying to get more gas for any fights? You can't isolate cardio into one single work out. You could be working out VO2 Max when you need APT. So it really depends.
