  • Help! I need major major help!

    Hi everyone. it'll be really helpful if anyone could help me out.
    the thing is that i'm fat. i have like a whole lot of fat at my stomach, my face, my whole body. and i would like to burn it the fastest way. i'm really tired of this fat shit! i beg any of you, please help me on how to burn all this fat. and i also want to be strong, and make some muscles and packs the FASTEST WAY! i know some of you will say, to just drink something, and do this workout and do that, or even say to be patience. But, i'm sorry i can't. i beg any of you! and if u guys are going to tell me to do this workout, please tell me how you do the workout and not just say the name of it cuz i'm a rookie. so, PLEASE PLEASE anyone, HELP ME! I BEG YOU!!!

    some more details about your situation would be helpful.
    what do you eat, how much do you excercise, how much do you want to lose..etc

      ok, first i want to lose fat as much as i can. the thing is that i am chubby. and i want to lose it all. and i don't exercise, that's why i'm asking which kind of exercise should i do. i hope this is some good information.

        If you want to build muscle and lose fat, go to a gym do lots of cardio workout and most importantly, use a good diet, low carbs high protien possibly. I lost 20 pounds that way ;O Just run or cycle, whatever burns calories and with the appropriate diet you can lose lots of weight in 1 month.

          Sit on the ground with one leg forward and the other backward...balancing with the hand's in front of you on the ground aswell.

          Jump so as to swap the leg's from back to front and front to back whilst raising the arm's up and back down to their original position. Keep doing as many as you can.

          Tell youself you can do more and more(but don't go too crazy).


          I FIND THIS A REALLY GOOD ONE FOR BURN IN THE LEG'S...YOU START TO BURN AFTER ABOUT 10 AND START THINKING THAT THIS HAS TO BE A GOOD EXERCISE.

          This should give you the confidence to go and do something else physical...but above all it will get the blood pumping and make you feel more positive about your goal. TELL ME IF IT HELPS. (PLEASE, TRY IT THOUGH!)

            Eat Fruits, Nuts, Chicken , Vegetables.

            Cardio also works.....like running just about every day for 30 minutes...if you can't run for 30 minutes try to make 15 and work your way up. It's what I did...I was 200 pounds last time I checked, and now i'm 190.

              Hey Drunken Master, you're best bet is a combination of diet and excercise.

              I'm not a physician, but you should eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean cuts of meats and fiber rich carbohydrates. If you take a look at alot of food from the Asia/Pacific region and the Mediterranean you can find some things that are really healthy.

              You must use more calories than you consume.

              Please get a check up from a physician before you start an excercise program.

              Then, get ready to sweat!!

              Monday Evening
              Jog 1 mile (at your own pace, but you MUST jog).
              Skip Rope 2 minute intervals with 1 minute rest
              Swim - 25 meter sprints

              Tuesday Evening
              Walk 2 miles

              Wednesday Evening
              Jog 2 miles (again at your own pace, but do jog)
              Calisthenics - pushups, situps, lunges, knee bends

              Thursday Evening
              Walk 2 miles
              Skip Rope 2 minute intervals with 1 minute rest

              Friday
              Jog 2 miles
              Swim as many laps as possible.

              Saturday
              Walk casually, enjoy it.

              Stretch before each workout.

                I am not a doctor either, but I did something long time ago and it helped me.
                Everyone has a different body. Someone is good on carbs and someone is not.
                So here is what helped me and my gf. Whatever you eat, do the opposite. If you were crazy on carbs, cut them out and go for protein. If you were crazy on fat and protein, go for grains and vegetable.
                If you ate small meals, try 3 medium one's. If you ate few big meals, try 5 small one's. Experiment for few days. A dietician told us this one's and it did work pretty well. But have a little big of patience.
