  • One quick question.... plz answer

im 13 and i can do tricks like a frontflip, roundoff backflip, and almost an areial.... my mother has just gotten a treadmill and i just had a simple question. If i use it like about 20-60 minutes a day will that make my musles too big after a little while and take away from my tricking??? i really just want a quick answer before i start running on it alot. Will it increase my running spead or will it slow me down but i will have stronger legs? Please could someone answer me.

It wont slow you down just keep training with your backflips.. It will increase your running speed, decrease your body fat, keeps you in shape and it can give you six packs if you have a good diet and do some crunches here and there.

ok that is a relif! Tricking is practally my life but if greater leg muscles means less tricking abitlitys then i wouldnt run as often. Thank you for responding so soon!

Running wont exactly give you the leg muscle mass ur talking about, thats done when squatting high weights and other excersizes I forgot their names in english :P Which you shouldn't do ofcourse hehe

          Depends on how you run.
The long distance you run, your legs tend to be thinner, you have smaller calves and thighs. Thi is because your body is trying to conserve energy and the less muscles it has to supply blood to, the more energy is conserved.
If you sprint alot, you'll get bigger thighs and calves. More muscles = Faster timing from A to B, but it could also mean that you'd be panting by C and you might not make it to D. A long distance guy won't be able to run A-B like you did but chance are, he'll make it to point H.

do squat jumps. back and forth across your yard. till you can't walk right afterwards. i've done more squat jumps than most people can count too. i haven't been back to the gym in a looong time and i can still do a standing back full.

How the hell do you do a bckflip, every time I try i move my head left and my waist left and mess it all up, i am however, pretty good at frontflips. I need a magicl solution to backflips

don't look behind you!, go straight up man....you can't shift off to the side. practice by jumping up in the air and landing on your back without looking at all. (on a soft surface of course)
