  • help witha routine

    alright im 18 male and wanna start a routine. i have no weights! just a chinup bar. could someone make a routine for me, i can do like 50 chinups and 50 pullups each day, think that is probably below average but anyway. any other excercises i cud do without weights like pushups and what not. somone help me out here..........any good vitamins i could take or any food i should eat to help me. this might sound stupid but anyway, what about shadow boxing how does it work?

    I have a book on bodyweight exercises, it has several routines and comes with a dice set for implementing exercises and etc. It also discusses nutrition, pm if you're interested in it. Shadow boxing is aerobic and is different from resistance exercise because shadow boxing is for losing fat it's cardio bodyweight exercises and lifting weights are for strength and gaining muscle.
