There is a free personalized daily tracker where you can plug in your stats, training goals, daily exercise, food, etc. and they will calculate everything for you and even run reports on your progress. Also there's room for a journal entry so you can keep track in one place what your progress is for your weights/reps and cardio. WOO HOO! No more trying to count calories or track exercises on little pieces of paper or the backs of receipts or envelopes or even notebooks I never seem to have when I need them. Also the cool thing is for counting calories you can create customized food and just plug in the nutrition facts on the back of your lemon/vanilla/cashew clif bar. Rock!!!! Now I can use my calendar for what it's supposed to be used for (appointments) instead of trying to write really tiny to keep everything in one place.
