Hey people, I'm wondering how to get a smaller stomach or get abs. I'm around 5 8 and weigh around 140. I got a belly and I want to get rid of it. Any suggestions?thanks

I rarely wake up early enough to eat breakfast sadly...
Eat the food thats generally considered to be healthy and do a lot of cardio to get rid of fat. Running seems to be one of the best, people recommend skipping a lot but i cant comment since i cant skip
Sit ups/Crunches seem to add definition, but that only works if your body fat % is fairly low.
If thats 140 pounds you should be fine with that. If that was in kilograms then you have got problems though

The Masai, Dinkas and Samburu eat a very fatty diet and are either very thin or muscular. The amount of overweight Masai are very low.
The Masai are virtually free of atherosclerosis.
just excercise and keep calories moderate and eat enough fatty acids to feel full,a diet rich in fats, except polyunsaturated fatty acids or trans fatty acids. Trans fatty acids are worst, but polyunsaturates (corn oil) are not that good either.
Saturates and mono are fine. So are omega threes. Saturates help with the absorbtion of omega threes

3 X 3minutes of jump rope
30 sit-ups ( 15 on the palms and 15 on the knuckles)
50 sit-ups
10 figure 8 (liegh on you back lift your feet of the gound about 6", then move them in a figure 8)
10 circles ( leigh on your back, lift your feet about 6" off the ground and move your legs in a circle on way 5 times then go the other way 5 times)
10 side leg lifts
