  • Does this routine actually work?

I'm curious if this is a valid concept, because i always hear that to effectively lift you need to go through the full range of motion, while this has a very different suggestion.

I also figure if it does work it would be useful considering how little time is required, making it easier to work into a schedual.

Cant trust every thing in a magazine or website. The only workout schedules that work are usually relatively the same. Either periodization or HIT (high intensity training). People respond to different things, I personally need periodization or HIT to see any results. That routine in the link seems like a revolutionary new make you buff scam kinda deal. Its really like the bowflex commericials 2 minutes a day! Once a year! Get results like these people (HUGE BUFF PEOPLE).

The only way to get buff is time, knowledge, and work. You cant get jacked in a minute, if so everyone would be jacked.

        Static contraction is stupid.

I know many people who have experience with it. None of them got an results. It doesn't do much at all, except let you hold weight. You are going to get big doing it, and if you overload your joints you will pay the price.

This is not a valid way to life for anything functional.
