So I just reinjured my shoulder, and im tired of this because it stops me from training, (thats almost all I do nowadays)... so I think it may be due to training too much... but damn.. I'm like addicted to it... anyway... anyone got any tips on how to recover/prevent this in the future.
I thought it might be a rotator cuff injury, but I looked on the web adn they said the pain wold on the front or the side, mine is on the back of the shoulder. It doesnt really hurt if I move my arm in any particular direction and when im just sitting here it doesnt hurt... but every once in awhile I'll get this pain when I move my arm. I can swing my arm around, push it back and forth, "pump" my fist, throw punches, it's just wierd, I haven't been able to find anything on the net with my symptoms. Other than rest, what can I do?
