    hi everyone i have started to lift weights im 14 a friend has told me that bench pressing will stop me shoulders from wideing as i grow is this true cause i am concerned as i am only 14 not fully developed can any1 help me

    Hmm, technically, you can lift weights when your 13. Honestly, you probably have a narrow shoulder width. Just workout your shoulders and you can add a little bit, but theres little you can do. Its like wanting longer arms.
