I like the Zone protein shake. 2 scoops protein powder, 1 cup strawberries, 2/3 cup peaches, f1 tsp crystalline fructose powder (I use a dash of honey instead), 1 cup water, 1.5 tbsp almonds. Adjust protein/fruit ratio as desired. Yum.

I use 1% (fat) milk about 12 oz., 2-3 scoops protein powder, mango, bannana and ice - all placed into a blender.

orange juice and vanilla protein powder and one ice cube! the best easiest ever! no blender needed

for chocolate use a tablespoon of peanut butter, a few ice cubes, milk or water, (raw eggs if desired) and protein powder and blend together.

You can also take eggs, stir up in a bowl and mix together with OJ if you dont have protein powder or work on a farm.

Raw cacao beans and honey or agave nectar, mmmm.... Just like chocolate without the bad stuff.

Yes, I use a scope of strawberry Whey Protein and a teaspoon (~5g) of Creatine. I'm lactose intollerant so I am stuck mixing it with water. Now and then I mix it with the fruit punch Gatorade when available.

No creatine for me (had too many clients with stomach issues because of it, yeck) but I'll throw in cod liver oil (lemon flavored) and/or blue green algae and bee pollen if I feel like it.

If you can't handle milk try oat milk, rice milk or even almond milk instead (half almond milk and half water if you're into low fat), or a touch of coconut milk...

Oh I almost forgot. I've been doing this for energy, my quick breakfast when I'm on the run...2 ounces protein powder, 1 cup yogurt, 2/3 cup orange juice, a touch of honey (I use agave nectar) and you can throw in 1/3 tsp of canola oil if you're using low fat yogurt. Blend for thirty seconds...

I like stealing recipes from the side of those Odwalla and Naked juice bottles and adding protein powder to balance out the fruit sugar... I also have tons of prickly pear juice in my freezer for last summer which is sugary sweet, but still really good for blood sugar stabilization.

I really want to make Elvis smoothies-- you know, bananas and peanut butter.

Man, now I'm all hungry and I already ate dinner!
