    Another myth exploded.

    Let's see.

Tonight it was a Chicken and vegetable stirfry in a Lemon and Ginger sauce on a bed of noodles.

    Last night it was Tacos.

Steak pie and sweet corn on Sunday.

    Corned Beef hash on Saturday.

Tommorrow Dressed salad with Ham and Salami

Then thursday Marinaded Chicken and salad in Pitta bread.

    Friday Sphagetti Bolognese.

Boozewise, I'm partial to a Cuba Libre occasionally.

LOL, okay, the people *I* hung out with in Scotland ate like that. And England. What IS that neon green stuff, anyway? You know what I'm talking about.

Also in England, I noticed people didn't rinse their dishes after soaking them in soapy water and would just set them to dry. Why would you want to eat soap?

So do you use a Guild knife to cut up your chicken?

LOL. I trained with a guy once who would only buy knives if he could get two identical ones at a time. One he'd never use except on the street, and the other he'd keep in his kitchen to cut up carrots so he could get a good feel for it.

Make a sauce with brown rice vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, hot sauce (I like chipotle sauce) and either tamari or soy sauce. YUM!

I wonder if chicken with bell peppers and shitaake mushrooms and coconut milk would be as good as beef. Add onion, garlic, ginger, hot sauce, fish sauce.

I'm more of a beef fan than a chicken fan. More iron.

How does it get neon green? What's in it?

And how many pints a day is considered "average" for students?

Also, do you know how to make mulled wine? Cinnamon sticks and wine and...what?

Last time I looked, 'peas' are kind of green.
I suspect a little colour enhancement may be going on there.
They're often eaten with a dash of vinegar.
You can buy them dried, which you then re-constitute, or in cans as is.
I suppose they're pretty good for you really, with the possible exception of e numbers if they've been clour enhanced.

I'd hazard a guess at maybe three or four???

                      Never tried it, but I googled and came up with;
FInd out how to make mulled wine for the festive season, brimming with Christmassy spice. This recipe is spiked with an extra fruity hit of sloe gin.

Yes, peas are green, but not neon. I would love a list of ingredients if you can score that.

                        Only four pints a day?

I'd say my boyfriend (who did the most prestigious degree that Oxford offers) drank about 6-8 pints a day and was just keeping up with his friends.
