I just bought a medicine ball, i love as opposed to wieghts, but i only know like two drills with it. My wife helps when i do sit ups, we throw it back and forth to each other on the up, but what other excersices can any one recommend??? But for reals, the med. Ball is tops in my book, talk about a work out......thanks to all

Medicine Ball Workout #1
Run 1 mile
20 push-ups
20 sit-ups
20 kick-outs
10 figure 8
10 circles
10 side leg lifts
Stretch
3X10 basket ball pass
3X10 over head pass
3X10 swing pass
3X10 under hand pass
3X10 back to back hand off
3X10 basket ball pass with one person standing and the other sitting on the ground (to intensify that, do a sit up then pass)
3X10 back to back pass (standing about 3 feet apart)
3X10 one handed step up reverse pass
3X10 squat jump pass
75 sit-ups

yeh, thats a pretty good workout. I usually start people out on a 10 or 13 pound ball to kind of get the feel of it. Some time soon i'll do up a video and/or book that will have that Medicine ball routine in it.

This is the best homemade medicine ball i've found. The only thing I changed was I used hot glue instead of Shoe Goo.
