  • Training Split

Im doing weight training right now, on top of martial arts training. My training split is as follows
    Sunday: Chest/Bis
    Monday:Back/Tris
    Tuesff
    Wed:Shoulders
    Thurs:legs
    Friff
    Satff
Two questions, where can should i train abs and forearms(i know both are important for my lifts), and can i get a couple of leg programs? Mine are very inconsistent, and i need a good HVT leg program, somewhere in the 10-12 rep range is what im aiming for on my sets, i just need exercises.
    Thanks

Forearms should be worked with biceps, though I dont think direct weight training to the forearms is important. What are your set and reps? What do you mean leg programs? My leg workout is this (following Max-OT split)

    Squats 3x4-6
Leg Press 3x4-6 or Leg ext 3x10 (leg press usually full)
    SLDL 3x4-6

you should first change your training split...

training back after biceps day isnt very smart.. so is training triceps before chest.

      SU: Chest
      MO: Legs
      TU: off
      WE: Back/Biceps
      TH: Shoulder/Triceps
      FR: off
      SA: off

would be better. for martial arts 3 times a week 2x50 crunches or something is fine. personally I dont think training forearms is necessary, but aside from the traditional wrist bend etc I think grippers will do very good (Captains of crush grippers are great).

Squats are essential in any leg trainig program.. I would do romanian deadlifts for the hamstrings and another quadriceps exercise. Try to train explosive (fást positives, slow negatives) and aim for a 10-12 reprange
