I was just wondering if anyone here has tried or heard about both of these guy's mass gaining routines. Apparantly both have developed very sucessful routines for the avg. skinny guy who has trouble gaining weight.
Ellis' routine/book is more expensive but from what i've read form the emails they send out (tips, advice etc...) they preach the same things thus far.
So who's routine is better, have u guys even heard of the above 2?
