I weighed myself tonight: I'm 125, ever so slightly moving beyond it. At 5'2" and a lifetime of petite size 6, this concerns me. I take JKD one night a week and hope to try out a Wushu school near me which I hope will give me a physical workout and be something else I enjoy. During my lunch and at my breaks, I take a walk around the parking lot (longer distance at lunch, weather permitting). I also practice holding out my leg to gain balance and try to improve my kicking. I'm not flexiable and I'm hearing impaired so my inner balance is thrown off. Maybe this will burn some fat while I'm at it but I know it's not enough. What other things could I do to improve my martial arts and bring my weight down?
