Has anyone got a training program for MMA which i can steal for myself?
So i can use ut to make my own up.
I generally want it for losing a small amount of weight gaining a small amount of muscle and then generally keep on using it to condition my body for competitions.
Just so you get an idea of my size so i don't get a program for "lightweights" i'm 5'10" and 15 and a half stone.
